Paige Mulvany’s service is A1, exceptional. I went through a hard time this past year and fell behind on some things when I tell you she walked me through and helped me in so many ways. THIS IS WHAT A CREDIT UNION does, they are here to help us not only on the front lines when we get products but when things take a turn and we need guidance on the back end. She never made me feel less than or treated me any differently because of my financial hardships. This meant the world to me. Thank you for seeing me as a human being Paige. I cannot say enough good things about CSE! They really go above and beyond for their members. Not only do they do awesome with your finances, but they host an annual Christmas event for kids with Santa and his pets. We've been doing this every year with them for about 10 years and my kids get excited hearing were going to CSE lol

Aug 1, 2023 I spoke to 2 different ladies in the lending dept and their phone etiquette was atrocious. Bridget spoke quickly and immediately hung up the phone when she was done speaking no have a good day, thanks. The other lady was rushing and sarcastic and spoke while I was trying to ask a question and hung up the phone the same way. I get the employees have much to do in a short time but being rude and rushing won't get you anywhere faster. They need reminders. No excuses.

Becky Davis made my day! She was such an absolute angel!! I went in Monday morning and she was very pleasant and eager to assist. She went far and beyond to take care of me in a timely manner. The best experience I've ever received with my shared credit union experience!!!! I love it when people are nice to me and my family! I’ve been a member at CSE since my Daddy enrolled me as a small child. Now I’m approaching 62 and this credit union has been a huge lifesaver for me and all of my family. We have financed numerous homes 🏡 and autos 🚙 over the decades. It’s a privilege to be a member of such an outstanding, generous and community minded organization.
